Welcome to the Imhoff school of Boxing

$20/workout.  No contracts, no membership fees.  We provide the gloves and hand wraps for the first month.

We are open Monday- Thursdays, noon to about 8pm, and Saturdays, from 9am to about 3pm.  Use the online calendar to schedule a day/time with a coach.  Don't come to box without scheduling a coach!

You determine how often you train.  We suggest at least twice/week, but that is your decision.  

No one is required to spar, ever.  If you are interested in sparring, you must demonstrate to a coach that you have the skills to be safe, and conditioning to be safe (e.g., non stop punching on a heavy bag, competition level punches, for 3 rounds, 3 minutes/round, and not drop your hands once).  Typically, for someone who has never boxed, this typically takes 18-24 months of training to accomplish.

We typically have our USA Boxing amateur boxers spar on Saturdays, 1pm, under supervised conditions. Headgear and mouthpieces required. 

Yes.  We have some 5 yo boxers (if they can focus for 5 minutes at a time - many kids this age can't).  No one will be throwing punches at a child, ever, in my gym.  No sparring until at least 13 yo.

And, yes, we have male and female boxers in their mid 80's who train.  We have adaptive equipment for them, if necessary.
